Eileen O'Regan-O'Toole

Eileen O'Regan-O'Toole is a seasoned psychotherapist with a robust professional background in mental health and clinical services. Currently self-employed since January 2016, Eileen operates a private practice while also serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Magellan Health Services since January 1998, where management of the largest Case Management and Utilization Review program for a managed care behavioral health company is undertaken, overseeing over 60 staff members. Eileen's earlier experience includes working as a Clinical Social Worker at Peachford Hospital from 1989 to 1997, focusing on substance abuse, eating disorders, and women's issues. Eileen holds a Master's of Social Work from The University of Georgia and has pursued studies in law at Georgia State University College of Law, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Mercer University.
