Kelley Pennington

Kelley Pennington, PhD, MSW, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health Operations at Magellan Health since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kelley Pennington held positions at Anthem, Inc. as Staff Vice President of Behavioral Health and at Amerigroup, Iowa as Director of Health Care Management. Kelley Pennington has also served as Director of Integrated Health Program at Magellan Behavioral Care of Iowa, Chief of Adult Services at the Iowa Department of Human Services, and Practice Manager at Lake Street Family Physicians. Educational achievements include a PhD from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Master's Degree from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Iowa.
