Spyros Dennis Syrmis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application operations, IT service management, and organizational change management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Application Operations at Magellan Health, Spyros leads multiple application support teams and oversees the ServiceNow platform. Previous roles at Florida Blue and SCIO Health Analytics include managing service management offices and directing IT infrastructure and operations.
