Josh Lesnick

Josh Lesnick has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Josh currently serves as the Chief Commercial and Revenue Officer at Magellan Jets starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at Nawiri Group starting in 2022.

From 2019 to 2023, Lesnick worked as the President & COO at Collective Retreats. Prior to that, they held the position of President & CEO at Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they oversaw global sales, marketing, strategy, business operations, development, finance, member relations, and events for a portfolio of over 600 luxury hotels and brands.

From 2014 to 2017, Lesnick worked as the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer at Wyndham Hotel Group. Josh was responsible for revenue generation and brand innovation activities for 8,000 hotels and led a large team across various marketing disciplines.

Lesnick served as the President & CEO at Audience Rewards from 2009 to 2014, where they developed a marketing alliance in the arts industry and created the largest private performing arts audience development program in the United States.

Earlier in their career, Lesnick held senior positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Josh served as the Vice President of Hotel Marketing and later as the Vice President of Global Loyalty and Membership Programs, where they oversaw the successful development and roll-out of the Starwood Preferred Guest program.

Lesnick began their career at Hyatt Corporation as the Director of New Product Development/Manager of Marketing Operations and also worked as a Financial Analyst at Progressive Consumers Financial Services.

Overall, Lesnick has a comprehensive background in hospitality, marketing, revenue generation, and strategic leadership in the industry.

Josh Lesnick obtained their high school diploma from Lower Merion in 1983. Josh then pursued a bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study at Cornell University, where they graduated in 1987 with a BS degree.
