Ragan Hicks has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently working in Logistics Operations at Magellan Transport Logistics since June 2022, where responsibilities include building carrier relationships and resolving transit issues. Previously served as an intern at the same company, gaining practical knowledge in booking truckload shipments and communicating with carriers. Ragan also worked as a Retail Associate at The UPS Store from June 2015 to June 2022, where exceptional customer service was developed and relationships with customers and suppliers were maintained. Additionally, Ragan served as a Notary Public during the same period, handling signature authentications and maintaining detailed records. Ragan holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Florida.
