Ramanathan Arunachalam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ramanathan is currently the Director of Products at Magellan X. Prior to this, they worked at Inspirisys Solutions Limited as the Vice President of IoT & Product Engineering and Development, where they played a key role in building and establishing Industry 4.0 Tech capabilities and driving digital transformation. Ramanathan also led various functions of project life cycle management and built a strong team. Ramanathan Arunachalam served as the Chief Executive Officer of a management consulting company, where they set up a new e-commerce company and provided consulting services on blockchain technology and digital transformation. Ramanathan also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at DataTracks and Assistant Vice President at VIT Consultancy Pvt Ltd and HSBC. In these roles, they led major programs and initiatives and provided subject matter expertise in various domains. Earlier in their career, Ramanathan Arunachalam worked as a Senior Project Manager at iGATE Global Solutions and Project Lead at iGate Mastech. Ramanathan started their career at FIS as a Team Lead, Onsite Coordinator, and Technical Analyst, where they led offshore development teams and ensured high-quality deliverables.

Ramanathan Arunachalam has a diverse educational background. Ramanathan started off their journey in 1992 by completing a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Annamalai University, where they focused on the study of electronics and instrumentation.

In 1996, Ramanathan pursued further education by enrolling in Software Solution Limited. Here, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, enhancing their knowledge in the field of computer science. This program likely consisted of in-depth study and practical training in various computer science concepts.

Wanting to expand their skills beyond technical fields, Ramanathan decided to pursue an Executive MBA. From 2010 to 2012, they attended the Great Lakes Institute of Management, focusing on General Management. This program would have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of management principles and strategies, equipping him with the necessary skills to excel in the business world.
