Elis Castillo Quintero

Elis Castillo Quintero is an experienced educator with diverse teaching roles spanning several years in different educational institutions. Currently serving as an Upper Elementary Homeroom Teacher at Magen David Academy since August 2021, Elis specializes in Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. In addition, involvement with the FSU English program as an English Language Teacher has focused on teaching English as a Second Language to adults since January 2020. Previous roles include technology and math instruction at the Inclusive Foundation's TRAIL SCHOOL, and various positions in math and ESL education across multiple schools including Coronado International School and Boston School International. Elis holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Computer Systems Engineering and a Master's in Applied Linguistics with TESOL specialization, complemented by several education-related certifications.
