Shane Kourt

Shane Kourt has extensive experience in technical support and account management, currently serving as a Magento Technical Account Manager, Technical Solutions Manager, and Technical Support Engineer at Adobe Commerce since March 2019. Prior to this, Shane worked at Rackspace Hosting as a Racker Support from October 2011 to April 2021. Earlier career roles include Service Desk Analyst at USSA and Tier 1 Tech Support at 2Wire, focusing on networking applications and telecommunications support. Shane holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute, earned between 2007 and 2009.
