Steve Provost

Steve Provost is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as President of Maggiano's Little Italy since June 2020. Previously, Provost held various senior leadership positions, including EVP and Chief Concept Officer at Brinker International, where creative strategies were developed to address industry disruptions. As EVP, CMO, and Head of Innovation at Chili's, significant enhancements to the menu and marketing led to an 11-point increase in guest counts. Provost's earlier roles include leading marketing strategies at Quiznos and LJS/A&W, and multiple positions at KFC, culminating in a tenure that included responsibilities in public relations at PepsiCO. Provost also served as Chief Speechwriter at the White House under President George H.W. Bush. Academic credentials include a degree in Government and Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
