Lenny Arroyo

Lenny Arroyo has extensive experience in operations management within the paratransit industry, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Maggies Paratransit Corp. since May 2002. Previous roles include Assistant Operations Manager, Driver Supervisor, and Dispatch Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising daily operations, implementing an operations database, monitoring driver efficiency, and ensuring on-time performance of all routes. Lenny also held a quality control position at Atlantic Paratransit, focusing on vehicle safety and cleanliness. Lenny Arroyo graduated from Lafayette High School with a diploma in Computer Science in 2000.
