Nelson Cintron II is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Head Chef at Gaudenzia, Inc. since May 2022, Nelson is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining a clean environment. Prior experience includes positions as Sous Chef at Germantown Country Club and Line Cook at Irwin's Bok Bar and Maggio's. Additionally, Nelson held an Executive Chef role at Moriarty's Pub and gained valuable skills in team leadership and menu development as a Line Cook at Philadelphia Cricket Club. Nelson started culinary training as a Junior Sous Chef at Chatham Club of Savannah and has foundational experience as a Grill Expert at On The Border. Educational background includes a High School Diploma from Edison High School, focused on Basic Skills and Developmental Education.

Hankering for a good old fashioned home cooked meal? From pizza to filet, everything we create is freshly prepared daily on our premises. We have and will always use only the top ingredients available. The best part is there is something for everyone on the menu; for the young to the young at heart. Our spacious dining room seats up to 250 people with plenty of seating for large parties, and our Chefs Galley can accommodate small private parties up to 30 guests. So come on down. We’ll save you a seat! Too tired to go out? Everything on our menu is available for take out or delivery right to your door. Our bar - The Mag - offers nightly entertainment, great happy hour specials and a nice atmosphere to hang out with friends. Our ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests. An elegant setting for your wedding, mitzvah party, rehearsal dinner, shower or any other type of event you may be planning.
