Brian Francis

Brian Francis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Brian started their career in 2000 at United Electric Company - Magic Aire, where they worked as a Manufacturing Manager. In this role, they managed sheet metal fabrication, maintenance, and environmental, health, and safety. Brian also developed software and electronics systems for automated product testing. Additionally, they developed software for business processes. From 2018, Brian served as the Information Technology Manager at the same company. In April 2022, they were promoted to the role of Vice President Operations at United Electric Company - Magic Aire.

In 2014, Brian co-founded System Performance Technologies LLC and became the President. Brian led the company's efforts in developing energy efficiency monitoring devices, with their current product in development being SEERSaver®.

Brian Francis earned a Bachelor of Physics degree with a focus on Physics and Mathematics from Cameron University, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Brian then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a dual focus on Public Administration and Computer Science at Midwestern State University from 1992 to 1998.
