Aditi Banerjee is a co-founder and managing director of IndiaWorks and the co-founder and CEO of Magic Billion, an organization focused on connecting skilled talent from India to international opportunities. With significant experience in advisory roles, Aditi serves on the advisory board of The Breakfast Revolution, which addresses child malnutrition in India, and previously advised the British Asian Trust on social impact investing, leading to the establishment of a $100 million Outcomes Fund. Aditi's career includes positions at SURGO Foundation, The Boston Consulting Group, and The World Bank, where expertise in risk management, urban development, and education has been demonstrated. Aditi holds a BA in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and two degrees in Public Policy and Econometrics from The George Washington University.
