Alexander Shabetayev

Alexander Shabetayev is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams in both software and hardware development. Currently serving as a Staff Program Manager at Magic Leap since September 2023, Alexander specializes in Agile methodologies and process optimization. Prior roles include Senior Manager Program Management at ML Horizons, where efforts focused on creating Augmented Reality solutions for the public sector, and multiple positions at Magic Leap, including Senior Producer and Content Producer, where Alexander led content demonstrations and project teams. Previous experience includes over nine years at Zerofractal in various management roles, where Alexander implemented standardized processes and transformed client projects for prominent organizations. Alexander holds a BFA in Computer Animation from The Art Institutes and advanced studies in Character Animation from Animation Mentor.
