Marcel Lancelle

Marcel Lancelle currently serves as a Staff Software Engineer in Graphics Systems at Magic Leap, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Marcel worked as an Expert at Ivoclar Vivadent AG for one year and co-led Kapanu AG as Co-CEO and CTO from November 2015 to December 2021. Marcel's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Technische Universität Graz, where research was conducted from 2005 to 2011, and a Master's degree in Information Systems Technology from Technische Universität Braunschweig. Additional research experience includes positions at ETH Zürich, Fraunhofer IDM@NTU, and HIT Lab NZ, spanning various roles in postdoctoral research and research fellowships.
