Shurhabeel Seyed

Shurhabeel Seyed is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in electrical engineering and hardware product design and development. Currently serving as the Director of Electrical Engineering at Magic Leap since December 2020, Shurhabeel plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and technical excellence within the organization. Prior to this, Shurhabeel held various senior electrical engineering roles at Magic Leap from September 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team for 4G/5G modem integration. Shurhabeel's engineering career began at Motorola Mobility, where, from August 2000 to August 2015, a principal role focused on RF hardware integration and encompassed all phases of product development. Shurhabeel holds an MBA from the University of Florida, a Master of Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
