Carol-Ann Jeffrey

Carol-Ann Jeffrey has 5 years of experience working in the technology industry. Carol-Ann began their career in 2006 at Standard Bank Group as a Test Tools Technical Team. In 2008, they moved to EOH where they held the role of Test & Data Lead. In this role, they were responsible for implementing HP Testing applications, customizing projects as per the client's requests, and managing the tools for the duration of the projects. Carol-Ann also took on the role of Test Analyst, creating test cases from spec, aligning to test methodologies, mapping to requirements and business processes, and testing in SIT and UAT experience. In 2015, Carol-Ann moved to Sun International as a Test Manager and, in 2020, they joined MagicOrange as a QA Specialist.

Carol-Ann Jeffrey attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2014 to 2019, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics. Carol-Ann also attended Prometric, obtaining an ISTQB in Information Technology. Additionally, they hold a certification in ISTQB.
