Pauly Dauterive is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Research Development at Magic Seasoning Blends, LLC since August 2022, Pauly also operates Well Done Culinary Consulting, LLC as Chef Owner since December 2015. Previous positions include Chief Restaurant Officer at Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees, Company Owner at Pauly D’s Cafe, and Chef Partner at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Additional roles involve Corporate Executive Chef at Swegs Kitchen and Chief Culinary Officer at PDQ Restaurants and Wow Fresh & Fast Restaurants.
