Himanshu Patel is currently serving as the Head Of Sales (India & Middle East) at Magic Software Enterprises since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Regional Head - Sales, Account Management, Pre-sales, Strategic Alliances & Operations at the same company from August 2016 to January 2022.

Before joining Magic Software Enterprises, Himanshu worked at Paramatrix Technologies Pvt Ltd. From July 2012 to August 2016, they were the Executive VP and Head - Operations, HR, TA, WFM, Sales & Pre-sales. In this role, they played a significant role in revamping HR and Talent Acquisition functions, improving employee value proposition, and increasing efficiency in HR teams through re-engineering key HR strategies and operations.

Himanshu also served as the Vice President - IT Professional Services at Paramatrix Technologies from January 2011 to June 2012. During this time, they successfully managed IT staff augmentation services, established and developed long-term strategic relationships with clients, and played an integral role in conceptualizing and developing the cost/pricing calculator for IT staff augmentation services.

Earlier in their career at Paramatrix Technologies, Himanshu held the positions of Delivery Manager from October 2009 to December 2010, Senior Software Programmer from October 2007 to September 2009, and Software Programmer from November 2005 to September 2007. As a Delivery Manager, they were responsible for leading software development projects and ensuring operational excellence.

Himanshu Patel obtained their Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Dharmsinh Desai University in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their High School education in Science at P P Savani Vidhyabhavan in 2001. Himanshu Patel began their academic journey at M N J Patel, where they completed their Primary School education with a focus on Mathematics and Science from 1992 to 1999.

In terms of professional certifications, Himanshu Patel has acquired significant expertise. Himanshu Patel obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2016. Following that, they became a PRINCE2® Practitioner accredited by AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2017. In March 2018, they attained the Program Management Professional (PgMP) qualification from the Project Management Institute.
