Harsh Gupta

Harsh Gupta has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Business Analyst at i3 Consulting Private Ltd, where they focused on strategic performance improvement projects. Harsh then joined CEB in 2012 as a Quantitative Associate and later became a Quantitative Specialist and Quantitative Analyst, working on data-driven projects for Fortune 500 companies. In 2017, Harsh joined Gartner as a Consultant, managing a team and providing data-driven insights to CXOs. In 2018, they moved to MPS Limited as the VP of Growth, where they led key initiatives such as acquisitions, corporate planning, and P&L management. In 2021, Harsh worked at WhiteHat Jr as the Director of Growth and P&L before joining Magic Software Inc. as the Director of Corporate Strategy. Harsh was subsequently promoted to the role of Vice President of Corporate Strategy.

Harsh Gupta completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a focus on Finance from Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies in 2011. Their earliest education was at St. Xavier School in Delhi, where they completed their Commerce studies between 1995 and 2008. In addition to their academic degrees, Harsh Gupta also obtained a CFA Level 1 certification from the CFA Institute in 2015.
