Gabi Lewis

co-CEO at Magic Spoon

Gabi Lewis is the co-CEO of Magic Spoon. Gabi was previously the co-founder of Exo, a company that pioneered the consumption of insects as a nutritious and sustainable alternative protein source. Exo's first product was a line of nutrient-dense food bars made with cricket protein and designed by an award-winning, three-Michelin-star chef. Since launching in 2014 in NYC, Exo has raised over $5mm from some of the world's top investors and has been featured in media outlets including The New York Times, National Geographic, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal. Gabi sold Exo to Aspire Food Group in March 2018.

Prior to their work with Exo, Gabi was a management associate at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. Gabi also worked as a strategy consultant at Capital Good Fund, and as a scholar at Deloitte UK.

Gabi Lewis completed their undergraduate degree at Brown University in Economics & Philosophy. They then attended Hutchesons' Grammar School.
