Previous experience includes roles as a Founding Member at Stealth Startup, a Member of the Board of Directors for Philly Startup Leaders, and a Principal Consultant at Heristic.co. Mercedes has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Consultant at various organizations, including Mythic, Gritango Consulting, and Innovative People Experts. Mercedes completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
