Prior to this role, Eilon was an Engineering Manager and one of the first engineering leaders at Panorays from February 2018 to August 2021, where Eilon founded and led a second engineering team and contributed to building foundational web applications as a Full Stack Engineer. Eilon's earlier roles include Full Stack Engineer at OpenideaL and Data Engineer in the Ofek 324 Unit of the Israeli Air Force, where Eilon honed skills in database architecture, ETL pipelines, and team mentorship.
