Reut (Turbo) Shechter has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2021, they assumed the role of Head of Magic at Magical, a collaborative calendar for the new era of work. In 2020, they became the Head of Academy and Productivity/Time Specialist at Supertools, a company dedicated to making time machines more accessible. In 2018, they were the Community Manager at Office Pivot- 21st century office managers, and also assumed the role of Owner and CEO at Turbo for Biz, an administration and employee welfare services company. In 2017, they were the Facilities and Administration Manager at WalkMe, and Co-Founder at PresenTeam. In 2016, they were the Global Recreation Leader and Turbo General and Recreation Admin at Zerto. In 2013, they were the Founder of workingninetofive.com, and in 2014 was the Turbo Producer and VIP happiness at Geektime. Finally, in 2013, they were the Assistant Editor, Entertainment Channel, MAKO at keshet tv.

Reut (Turbo) Shechter obtained a BA in Communication from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2009 and 2012. Reut also obtained a certification from GoPractice, Inc in May 2021.
