Shilpa Saxena

Shilpa Saxena is currently the Director of Learning Efficacy at Magic EdTech, where Shilpa conducts research and proposes solutions for evolving learning strategies. Prior to this, Shilpa held leadership positions at Parragon Publishing India, MPS Limited, QBS Learning, HarperCollins Publishers, Oxford University Press, Aptara, Perot Systems, NIIT Ltd, and Genpact, with roles ranging from Head of Publishing Services to Instructional Designer. Shilpa has a background in Computer Science with an MCA degree from DOEACC and completed their 12th class in Science from Rukmini Devi Public School.
