Cal Almaguer

Cal Almaguer is a Strategic Consultant at Princess Cruises, also serving as the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Service Strategy and Operations at MagicMakers® Group, a company founded with former Disney executives. Cal is also the CEO of Twelve Sharp, LLC. Previously, Cal held various executive positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Vice President roles in sales, operations, and e-commerce. Cal Almaguer has a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and History from the University of Miami.
