Youness Dafif

Youness DAFIF is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in management roles across various municipalities and construction companies. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Manager at Magil Construction since October 2021, Youness previously held the position of General Manager at Ville de Villeneuve-saint-Georges, where responsibilities included overseeing construction, infrastructure, and urbanism departments while implementing the Mayor’s strategies. Prior roles include General Manager at Ville de Villejuif, managing a workforce of over 250 employees, and Director of Facilities and Construction at both Mairie de Clamart and Mairie de Garges. Youness also has project engineering experience from a brief tenure at Alstom. Academically, Youness is a candidate for the Certificate of Management Excellence at Harvard Business School and holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Université Paris-Est, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Construction and Civil Engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie.
