Francis B. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Francis started their career at Ford Motor Company in 1990, where they held various roles in technical program management, business planning, and product development for almost a decade. Francis then moved on to Visteon, where they worked as a Technical Program Manager for eight years. After that, they joined Centrum/VistaPro Automotive as a Program Manager, Purchasing & Cost Reduction Director for three years. Francis then worked as the Director of the Strategic Program Office at M*Modal for a year before taking on the position of Director of Cross-Functional & Technical Program Management at Expertise in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Strategy & Co-located teams for six months. Their next role was as the VP at Segway, where they worked for five years. Currently, they are the VP of Engineering at Magline, Inc. where they joined in February 2019.
