Callum Arthur

Callum Arthur is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the refractories industry. Callum currently holds the position of Business Development Director at Magma Group, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, Callum was the Managing Director at Intermet Refractories Limited from April 2018 to January 2023. Callum also served as the General Manager at Intermet Refractory Products from March 2015 to April 2018. Before that, Callum worked as the Foundry Global Market Manager at Calderys from February 2013 to January 2015. Their earlier experience includes roles such as Technical Sales Manager at MONOCON INTERNATIONAL REFRACTORIES LTD and Contracts Operations Manager, Technical Development Manager, and Technologist at Vesuvius. Callum began their career as an R&D Technician / R&D Technologist at Flogates and a Lab Technician at KSR International.

Callum Arthur attended Rotherham College of Arts & Technology from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a BTEC ONC & BTEC HNC degree in Materials Engineering.
