Rachel Ruggieri

Rachel Ruggieri is an experienced marketing and events professional currently serving as the VP of Marketing at Magma Math since April 2024. Rachel is also the Founder of The ERA Group, which specializes in engagement, retention, and activation for organizations with recurring memberships or customer contracts, a role held since March 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Growth Marketing at Solidus Labs from February 2022 to April 2024, and as the Director of Events at Bizzabo from January 2014 to February 2022, where Rachel contributed to building the world’s first event success platform. Additionally, Rachel was the City Director for NYC at WNORTH, fostering a global community of women on the rise from February 2018 to January 2020. Rachel holds a BA in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Montclair State University, earned in December 2011.
