Soraia Sousa

Soraia Sousa is an experienced Community Manager at Magma Studio since January 2022, where responsibilities include candidate outreach and making over 70 sales calls daily. Soraia has held various leadership roles, including Team Manager, overseeing two teams of over 20 ambassadors, and previously served as President of ISCAC Junior Solutions, focusing on strategy and public relations. With a background in human resources, Soraia has contributed to projects like partner satisfaction surveys and social responsibility initiatives. In addition to academic representation in marketing and international business through AEISCAC and logistical planning for events, Soraia is pursuing a Master's degree in Economy and Innovation Management at FEP U. Porto after completing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & International Business from Coimbra Business School.
