Mauricio Esguerra

Mauricio Esguerra has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Mauricio began their career in 1991 with Siemens Matsushita Components as a Project Manager for Car Immobiliser and Identification Systems and Head of Core Structures Group. In 1995, they joined EPCOS AG as CTO of the Ferrite Division and Product Design Director of the Ferrite Division. In 2004, they became General Manager of Dialight Garufo GmbH, where they developed LED transportation signals and launched a central light source traffic signal. In 2007, they joined Pulse Engineering as Divisional Manager for Power Europe, where they identified client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs. In 2009, they became Director of Business Development and Application Engineering at Falco Electronics. In 2012, they joined EGLO Leuchten GmbH as Director of Product Development and Engineering and a Member of the Board. In 2013, they became an Owner and Technology Consultant for LED Lighting and Magnetics. In 2015, they co-founded MAGMENT Dynamic Wireless Charging, where they currently serve as CEO.

Mauricio Esguerra received their Bachiller from Colegio Andino - Deutsche Schule between 1967 and 1980. Mauricio then attended the Technical University of Munich from 1980 to 1987, graduating with a Diplom-Physiker in Technische Physik. From 1988 to 1990, they attended The Ohio State University, studying Solid State Physics.
