Jaga Saravanan

Jaga Saravanan is a technology executive with extensive experience in operations and information technology across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Technology Operations at MagMutual since September 2023, Jaga has previously held senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering and Information Technology at Bakkt from February 2020 to September 2023, and Senior Director of Information Technology at Bridge2 Solutions from March 2014 to February 2020. Earlier in the career, Jaga managed significant projects at Perfect Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Project Manager and at ACS Healthcare Provider Solutions as Senior Manager of System Operations. Jaga holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, completed in 1998 and 1995, respectively.
