Jaga Saravanan

Jaga Saravanan is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief of Technology Operations at MagMutual, a leading provider of medical liability insurance, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jaga held the position of Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering and Information Technology at Bakkt from February 2020 to September 2023, following the acquisition of Bridge2 Solutions, where Jaga also served as Senior Director of Information Technology from March 2014 to February 2020. Jaga's career includes key managerial and technical roles at companies such as Perfect Business Technologies, ACS Healthcare Provider Solutions, BIAS Corporation, SunTrust Bank, FinTrack Systems Corporation, Norfolk Southern Corporation, and Database Consulting Group. Jaga holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Madras and APTECH.
