Chloe Barnes, MBA, has a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Chloe currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Equity Investment at MAGNA Global, where they spearhead the enhancement of equity investment strategies and drives the integration and alignment of equity investment approaches across the Mediabrands network. Chloe also leads the development of MAGNA's signature product for minority-owned and minority-targeted media partners.

Prior to their role at MAGNA Global, Chloe worked at The Anthem Awards as an appointed judge responsible for media and technology. Chloe was also the Founder Advisor at BasBlue, where they helped empower and support underrepresented women founders in launching their businesses.

Chloe has experience in program management and content diversification strategies, having worked as a Program Lead at Twitter, where they managed global programs and advised the Curation team on content inclusion. Chloe also served as a Deputy Chief of Staff to the CEO at Oscar Health, a disruptor in the healthcare industry.

Earlier in their career, Chloe founded Elle Grace Consulting, LLC, and worked as a Contributing Writer at Front Office Sports, covering stories of former athletes making a positive impact. Chloe also held roles at The Walsh Group and Loyola University Chicago, where they provided strategic support and academic advising to student-athletes.
