Jan Lee

Jan Lee has extensive experience in the field of human resources and operations management. Jan'smost recent position was as the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition at Magna Hospitality Group, L.C. Prior to that, they worked at Colwen Hotels, where they held various roles including Regional Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Talent Acquisition. Jan also served as the Vice President of Operations at Dessange Group North America, Director of Business Development at Fantastic Sams International Corp, Director of Human Resources at Energy Kitchen, and Contractor/Human Resources at Ahold USA, among other positions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and operations management.

Jan Lee has studied finance and accounting at UMass Boston, although the specific years of enrollment and degree completion are unknown. In addition to their academic background, they have obtained the Tips Alcohol Certification from World at Work in December 2019.
