Steve L.

Steve L. has extensive experience in the technical operations field. Steve began their career at Comdial Corporation, where they held various positions such as Technical Services Engineer, Field Engineer, and Technical Trainer from 1988 to 1993. Steve then became the Manager of Technical Support Services from 1993 to 1997 before being promoted to Director of Technical Support and National Account Operations, a role they held from 1997 to 2002.

In 2002, Steve L. joined Advanced Network Systems as a Senior Engineer and then progressed to the position of Director of Technical Operations from 2007 to 2017. Their final role at Advanced Network Systems was Vice President of Technical Operations, which they held from 2017 until their recent move to Magna5. At Magna5, Steve L. currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Technical Operations since October 2023.

Steve L. has a diverse education history. In 1987-1988, they attended ECPI University where they studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Technology. From 1993 to 1997, they pursued Management and Business Administration at Piedmont Virginia Community College. In 1998, they briefly attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business to study Marketing. In addition to their academic achievements, Steve has also obtained three certifications, namely Security Fundamentals for Engineers from Continuum Managed Services in 2019, Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) from Cisco in 2009, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching), also from Cisco, in 2009.
