Lee Turner

Lee Turner is an experienced professional with over 30 years in various leadership and management roles. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant at SolidHR since January 2021 and as a European Purchasing Executive at MAGROUP since September 2023, Lee has a strong background in human resources, business excellence, and sales. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Business Excellence at Gould Alloys Ltd, Sales Manager at Wilsons Metals, and Regional Sales Manager at AMI Metals Europe. Lee has also held managerial positions at thyssenkrupp Aerospace and NMB-Minebea UK Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Level 5 Undergraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management obtained from Lincoln College, alongside CIPD qualifications completed between 2020 and 2021.
