Faeez Abdul Salam

Faeez Abdul Salam has a strong background in IT and ERP management. Faeez started their career in 2005 as an IT Analyst at Sharjah Oxygen Company, where they handled ERP administration in Visual Accounting and database administration in SQL Server 2000. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an IT Application Specialist at GP Computers, managing and supporting customized software for various industries. In 2009, Faeez joined Autograde International Fz LLC as an ERP Admin & DBA, leading the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 ERP modules.

In 2010, Faeez moved to Assyst International as an Application Support Manager, where they served as the offshore administrator of Clarity Project & Portfolio Management Application for Union Bank of California and Carefirst BlueCross. Faeez implemented Clarity PPM 12 for Union Bank and was part of the Clarity upgrade team for Carefirst.

From 2014 to 2016, Faeez worked as an ERP Solution Architect at Septech Holdings Limited, where they implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and MS CRM 2013 for Septech group across multiple countries. Faeez was responsible for requirement gathering and analysis, finalizing functional requirement documents, and managing ERP integration with third-party software.

In 2016, Faeez joined Essel Group as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager/Analyst. Faeez was responsible for global ERP rollouts, project management methodologies, ERP vendor evaluation, and guiding business process design.

From 2018 to 2023, Faeez worked at Al Gharbia Pipe Company LLC as a Manager- IT & ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Faeez led IT operations, ERP implementations and administration, and developed long-term IT strategies aligned with business visions.

Currently, Faeez works at Magnati as a Program Manager- Enterprise Carve Out & Transformation.

Faeez Abdul Salam's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nehru Arts and Science College, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Faeez then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the College of Applied Science from 2003 to 2005.

Additionally, Faeez Abdul Salam has attained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Faeez completed training in Microsoft Certified Solution Associate in Windows Server 2012, provided by Microsoft, in January 2014. Furthermore, they received an Oracle Certification in Database Administration from Oracle in March 2008. Most recently, in January 2022, Faeez Abdul Salam became a Certified AI and Industry 4.0 professional for Industry leaders through the Ministry of Industries and Advanced Technology (MOIAT) UAE.
