Naomi Pearson

Naomi Pearson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Naomi most recently worked as the Head of Agile and Ways of Working at Magnati starting from July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Delivery and Ways of Working Director at Vision Bank from May 2022 to July 2023. From July 2021 to May 2022, Naomi was the Head of Digital Delivery at Banque Saudi Fransi.

Before these roles, Naomi held the position of Agile Delivery Lead at Emirates NBD from June 2018 to July 2021. Naomi also worked as an Agile Enterprise Coach at Leeds Building Society from January 2015 to May 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Scrum Master at EnServe Group Limited from June 2012 to January 2015.

Naomi's professional journey began as a Computer Science Student at The University of Hull from September 2009 to June 2012. Before pursuing their education, they worked as a Software Developer at Wakefield Council from November 2002 to September 2009.
