Joel Arnold

Joel Arnold, MBA, is a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the field. Currently employed at Magnera Corporation since December 2024, Joel has a strong background in quality engineering, having previously held positions at Berry Global, Inc., and its predecessor Polymer Group Inc. (PGI), where roles included Quality Engineer and Technical Nonwovens Account Manager. Prior to joining Berry Global, Joel contributed as a Quality Engineer at Fiberweb plc and Triumph Group. Joel began a career in quality assurance at A.O. Smith WPC as a Process/Quality Assurance Engineer. Joel holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of General Studies in Science from Western Kentucky University.
