Andrea Kincses has a diverse work experience in various roles. Andrea started their career at Élő Nyelvek Szemináriuma as an English Language Teacher from 2002 to 2009. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as an English Language Teacher at a undisclosed company. In 2012, they co-founded Projekt Showroom. Then, they joined MagNet Bank in 2016 as a Marketing Communications Specialist. Andrea was promoted to Acting Head of Marketing Communication from 2021 to 2023, and is currently serving as the Deputy Head of Marketing.

Andrea Kincses obtained their Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Károli Gáspár University. Andrea attended the university from 2003 to 2008.
