Timothy Moniot

Timothy Moniot is a seasoned expert in digital forensics and incident response, currently serving as the Director at Magnet Forensics since January 2017. Prior to this role, Timothy Moniot held various positions at Nuix from April 2014 to January 2017, including Senior Solutions Consultant and Engineer focused on digital investigations, and contributed to the development of solutions for law enforcement. Timothy Moniot's extensive experience in the field began at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, where over 20 years were spent conducting criminal investigations and digital forensic analysis, collaborating with federal agencies such as the FBI and U.S. Secret Service. Additionally, Timothy Moniot served as an instructor at Teel Technologies from 2011 to 2014, teaching advanced mobile device forensic techniques. Timothy Moniot holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
