Amy Jeffers

Amy Jeffers has over 13 years of experience in various roles within the talent acquisition and public relations industry. Amy began their career as an intern at Rogers & Cowan in 2007, focusing on beauty and lifestyle brands. Amy then joined Edelman in 2008, where they worked as an Assistant Account Executive and later as an Account Executive. In 2012, Amy transitioned to CME Group, starting as a Campus Recruiter and Project Coordinator, before being promoted to Recruiter and eventually Senior Recruiter. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at Magnetar Capital, a role they have held since 2017.

Amy Jeffers attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2008. During their time there, they studied Advertising and English, although they did not obtain a specific degree in these fields.
