Ethan Richards-Cole

Ethan Richards-Cole is a skilled professional with a focus on sustainability and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Impact Lead at Magnetic since June 2025, Ethan previously held roles at Newton Europe, progressing from Operations Consultant to Senior Consultant between June 2022 and July 2025. Earlier experience includes a Sustainability Consultant Intern position at Accelar Limited in July 2021 and a Community Development Officer role at the University of Birmingham Guild of Students from September 2019 to July 2021, where initiatives were launched to improve local safety, conservation, recycling, and community cohesion.
