Scott Harris

Scott Harris is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the New York City market, specializing in residential and commercial properties. Currently serving as Founder and Associate Broker at Magnetic, Scott is in the process of establishing an independent real estate agency, leveraging a successful proprietary system known as The Magnetic Method, which has significantly benefited many clients. As the Founder of the Harris Residential Team since 2007, Scott has been dedicated to enhancing the real estate experience for buyers and sellers. Previous roles include Founder and Managing Partner at Plum Property Group, Associate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens—where Scott led a top-performing team—and various positions at The Corcoran Group and Citi Habitats. Scott's diverse background also includes artist management and concert production, complemented by a BA in History, Psychology, and Music from the University of Pennsylvania.
