Juan Esteban Rendón Vélez has extensive experience in customer service and technical evaluation, having worked at Magneto since July 2022 as a Profesional Fidelización and previously as an Auxiliar Centro Soluciones. Prior to that, Juan Esteban held positions at Konecta Colombia from November 2014 to July 2022, including Técnico Valorador Cx and Asesor de servicio al cliente. Juan Esteban is currently pursuing a degree in Tecnología en desarrollo de software at Católica del Norte Fundación Universitaria, with an expected graduation in July 2024, and is also enrolled in a Tecnólogo en análisis y desarrollo de software program at Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) from June 2023 to September 2025. Additionally, Juan Esteban completed a Técnico en sistemas degree at SENA from March 2010 to November 2012, specializing in informática, comunicaciones, and servicios de asistencia.
