Lina Marcela Ayala Cuentas

Lina Marcela Ayala Cuentas currently holds the position of Client Success Specialist at Magneto since March 2023. Previously, Lina served as Senior Account Manager and Junior Account Manager at e-Core Digital Performance from June 2021 to January 2023. Lina's earlier experience includes working as a Project Analyst at 10X Thinking from September 2020 to February 2021 and as an Internal Communications Intern at Grupo Éxito from December 2019 to July 2020. Lina Marcela earned a degree in Communication Studies from Universidad EAFIT (2016-2020) and is currently pursuing a specialization in Marketing Management at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, expected to complete in August 2024. Additionally, Lina has completed various diplomas related to technological transformation, CRM, and organizational communication at Politécnico de Colombia and Universidad EAFIT.
