Brad Shafton

Brad Shafton has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Brad is currently working at Magnifi Financial as the Senior Vice President, responsible for IT. Brad has played a crucial role in managing the yearly budget and negotiating better deals with suppliers. Brad has also directed the deployment of disaster recovery as a service, significantly reducing the return to operations time.

Prior to their current role, Brad worked at Hologic, Inc. Brad served as the Director of Innovation & UX, where they defined the strategic vision and direction of the IT organization. Brad spearheaded a Robotic Process Automation initiative and led a development team in creating automated accounts receivables.

Additionally, Brad served as the Director of User Services and Experience at Hologic, where they developed project innovation roadmaps and led initiatives for cloud-based IT solutions. Brad also managed the redesign of the corporate intranet portal and integrated Scrum methodology and HR modules into the ServiceNow platform.

During their tenure as the Senior Manager of Mobility and User Service, Brad oversaw Hologic's internal mobile solutions, managed the acquisition and deployment of devices, and decreased wireless spending through strategic negotiations. Brad also implemented the MobileIron MDM environment to support over 3,000 users.

Brad Shafton obtained a Master's Degree in Strategic Innovation & Change Management from the University of Denver from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Brad has also obtained certifications in automation and video editing. Brad became an Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (V11.0) in December 2019 and earned a Camtasia 2018 Certification from TechSmith Corporation, makers of Camtasia and Snagit, in February 2019.
