Chad Hess has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Chad started their career in 1998 as a Teller and Vault Teller at Zapp Bank/US Bank. In 1999, they joined Minnesota Business Finance Corporation as a Credit Analyst and worked there until 2009. In 2009, they joined Central Minnesota Credit Union as a Senior Business Lender, a role they currently hold.
Chad Hess attended Southwest Minnesota State University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
