Josh Villa has extensive experience in SBA lending and business operations, currently serving as VP of SBA Lending at both Ultum Group and Magnifi Financial since January 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Stearns Bank N.A., where responsibilities ranged from SBA Lending Manager to Credit Analyst, focusing on small business financing and loan underwriting. Additional experience encompasses co-owning VillaVerified, LLC, and Armstrong Lawn Service, where Josh developed business concepts and marketing plans. Earlier roles include support analyst positions and internships that provided foundational skills in risk management and customer service. Josh Villa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.
